ARIZONA ATHLETES
ALL-AMERICAN NOMINATION FORM
The National High School Coaches
Association / Arizona Coaches Association, with the with the sponsorship of
the Arizona Diary Council will be selecting several nominations for
Athletes from all sports to be considered for the State of Arizona.
Final selection for this prestigious
nomination will be by a committee made up of each sports coach.
All-American Criteria
1. Senior with a 3.0 g.p.a. or better (copy of transcript).
2. Must have letters of recommendations from
the following:
Coach
Athletic
Director
School
Administrator
Prominent
person in the community.
Other
3. Athlete must put together a
portfolio of his / her accomplishments. (Include pictures, articles,
community service hours ect.)
